Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the SBCGrow website (sbcgrow.com) and our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Our Services
SBCGrow provides performance management consulting, business digitalization, AI integration, and cloud security services to companies with 20–300 employees in Senegal and West Africa. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual engagement agreements.
Engagement Terms
All consulting engagements begin with a free performance diagnostic. Paid engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Monthly retainers are billed in advance and project fees are billed according to the agreed schedule.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of SBCGrow and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Deliverables created during consulting engagements become client property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified.
Confidentiality
SBCGrow treats all client data and business information as confidential. We will not share your confidential information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement.
Limitation of Liability
SBCGrow's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Results described on our website are illustrative examples and actual outcomes may vary.
Termination
Either party may terminate a consulting engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all completed deliverables and data belong to the client. Any outstanding fees for work completed remain payable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Senegal. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Dakar, Senegal.
